Here is a gallery of photos of
my work, starting with my first cakes through the Wilton courses.
You will see my progression in skill a bit, as you see where I
started compared to
where I am now in technique and interest.
The pictures in this section start off with my very first cakes.
This gallery is a continual work in progress!

Gumpaste/Sugarpaste work is a
new skill I am excited to announce I am working
on with practice, patience and persistence!
Thank you to all the help from the members of Cake Central as well
as Scott Woolley Clark,
Nicholas Lodge, & Alan Dunn's inspirational books and materials

I have made thousands of royal
icing flowers, like any good cake decorator.
They are great to have at a moment's notice to enhance the beauty of
any floral arrangement.
Below are a scant few pictures of the more complex royal icing
flowers I have had
a moment to photograph. Poinsettias and Lillies always look
phenomenal in royal!

I just love to bake! I grew up
in a Jewish home with parents who new how lucky
we were to have really GOOD bakeries in the Los Angeles area. Some
of my
favorite concoctions were interesting enough to earn a photograph or
two.
Below are some of my favorite baked goods. I have linked a few great
recipes
for these types of baked goods on my "links" page.
Be sure to check out my instructions for making rugalach.
